Challenges
Working across 84 occupied dwellings on a single site meant sequencing the work so each roof was opened up, completed and made weathertight in turn, while keeping a consistent standard across the whole village rather than only the roofs facing the street.
Solution
Each roof was treated as its own job — capping re-bedded and re-pointed, flashings remade and guttering renewed — then inspected before moving on, so the finished site is uniform end to end.
