Oaks Estate Roof Replacement

The existing roof consisted of ageing pressed-metal roofing panels, originally secured with roofing nails. Over many years, the fixings had deteriorated and sections of the roofing had begun to lift and move, contributing to multiple defects and areas vulnerable to water ingress. Due to the condition and age of the existing roofing system, a complete roof replacement was undertaken. The old metal panels were removed and replaced with new COLORBOND® corrugated roof sheeting, along with all-new custom-fabricated flashings to the ridges, valleys, penetrations, chimney and complex roof junctions. Careful attention was given to every flashing and transition detail, providing a cleaner, more durable roofing system designed to protect the home for many years to come.
